Program Manual

Overview

The CAOA Programm have four GUI (Grafical User Interface) surfaces, this are the four sections on the top of the surface under the logo.

Analysis

Read the pictures and scanns for the analysis and save this in the archive.

Archiv

List of all analysis this are do. You can export from heare the datas of the analysis ore manage the archive.

Config

Config hear the CAOA application and the folder and database for the datas. For the correct config ask your system admin.

Heare you config the standard units for your meta data in your analysis. Is Calculate Units checked, the is the calculating by change the units on.

Folders

  • Standard import folder for the images
  • Standard export folder for the data files
  • Archive folder for the analysis images
  • YAML config file folder included the file initial.yml

Database

You can CAOA also connect with a database in your network or internet, ask for this your database administrator.
